ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Andrew Kirkner is the Regional Vice President of Government Affairs at NAMIC. He is the former Executive Director of the West Virginia Association of Health Plans and previously worked at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP as a litigation and government relations attorney. He received his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law and his B.A. from Bridgewater College. He has been with NAMIC since 2018.
